🍕Food: Pizza [whole pie pre-order] and other snacks will be available for purchase [Please bring CASH for Concessions]
 
💚 Cynwyd Blankets Pickup: Pre-order yours today! 
 
 
🧸WHAT TO BRING! Feel free to bring sleeping bags, pillows, blankets, etc, for a more comfortable viewing experience. If you being a chair, please plan to sit towards to back of the room or on the sides so as not to block anyone's view.
 
👉 We need Volunteers for set up, clean up and for concessions!  Sign up to Help!
 

❗PLEASE NOTE: HSA Events are not a drop-off events.  Children must remain under the supervision of an adult for the duration of the event.

🌦Join members of the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd classes as they share the this story through acting, song, and dance on Wednesday, April 8th at 7pm on the Cynwyd Stage [in the Cynwyd Gym]

🐐FREE Goat Workout with O'Hara Fitness | Sunday, April 26th

Goat Workout Collage of Images💪Build STRENGTH and SPEED while bonding with your classmates!

Parents and students are invited to join us in a day full of baby goats and fitness. Parents are encouraged to join their kids in this fun and exciting workout where the other kids (baby goats) will chase you through the agility course and climb on your backs during push-ups.

*There will be time at the end of each workout for pictures with the Goats as well as holding the babies.

🗓️SCHEDULE (select your preference when you register)

  • K-2: Group A 10am, Group B 11am, Group C 12pm
  • 3rd & 4th: Group A 1pm, Group B 2pm

*For families with more than 1 kid, we will place them based on the youngest sibling. 
**A final schedule will be sent out once we have a better idea on the amount of families coming.

We host a wide variety of events throughout the school-year designed to build community and create fun opportunities for students and their families to strengthen their relationships outside the classroom. The best way to stay informed about upcoming events is to Subscribe to our HSA Calendar.

✋Volunteer Your Time | Can you give us 30-minutes?!

Every event we sponsor requires varying amounts of planning and coordination. It's because of the generosity of our volunteer community who give their time and energy that these events are not only possible, but hugely successful.

🍏 Daily Lunch Helpers [2025-26]
Come spend lunch with your child and their grade-mates by volunteering to serve as a lunchroom helper! RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the children in opening containers, answering questions, and being another adult presence in the room. The role is not designed for discipline but rather to help the students. Please do your best to circulate around all tables to make sure that any student requiring help is better able to access it.
🥨Pretzel Club / October - June (1st Friday of the Month)
The Cynwyd Pretzel Club is looking for volunteers to help us sort and distribute pretzels on the first Friday of each month (Second Friday in January and April). It should only take 30-45 minutes of your time. Any help is greatly appreciated! You are welcome to sign-up for one....a few....or ALL Fridays!
🍿Movie Night | Wednesday, March 25th
Perfect! The kids will be hanging with friends and singing along to Sing 2, so you have some time to Volunteer. ✋Volunteer slots are for the following jobs: Selling Concessions or Pizza Selling tickets for a Sing 2 themed auction item Handing out pre-purchased Cynwyd blankets 📍If there is a specific job you'd like, write it in the comments. Thanks!

🚨VOLUNTEER CLEARANCES
Lower Merion School District mandates ALL volunteers who enter the building and work directly with students are required to submit their clearances to the district prior to the event which you wish to volunteer for. Click Here for More Information on that Process. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the Office of School and Community Relations at 610-645-1977.
PLEASE NOTE: While this does take time, volunteer clearances are valid for 60 months (5 years) from the date of issue and must be renewed every five years.
