HOMEROOM HELPER PARENT/GUARDIANS NEEDED
The HSA is looking for two parent/guardian volunteers per class for the 2026/2027 school year. If you are interested, please fill out the Homeroom Helper Interest Form by end of day September 25th to be considered for your child’s classroom.
🚨Clearances are required for Homeroom Helpers. Information about completing background check process can be found here.
Events exclusive to Homeroom Helpers include:

a Cynwyd HSA Community Meet & Greet [brought to you by the HSA Board]
WHAT: Please join us for a casual [ADULTS ONLY] evening. You'll have the opportunity to meet the 2026/27 HSA Board Members, engage with other Cynwyd parents/guardians all while enjoying some sweets and [adult] refreshments.
We look forward to answering questions, hearing ideas, and building our community.
This is an informal event, an open house of sorts, so please stop by for as long (or as little) as you like.

💚WED. Sept 30-Cynwyd Pride Day (Wear Cynwyd gear or school colors)
🧦THURS. Oct 1- Sock it to good choices (Wear crazy, colorful, or mismatched socks)
🏈 FRI. Oct 2- Team up for PBIS (Wear your favorite sports team)
🥨Cynwyd's 1st Friday Pretzel Club
[A Fundraiser Benefitting the 🎓 4th Grade Class of 2027]
Pretzels Provided by: Tasty Twisters Bakery
$18 for the school year
(Pretzels are $2/month - total will be prorated by $2/month if you sign up at a later date)
Order Deadline for OCTOBER PRETZEL DELIVERY is TUESDAY, Sept. 29th @ 11:59PM
📍THE DETAILS:
- Pretzel are $18 for the full year (October - June)
- $2 per month will be prorated for late memberships.
- You do have the option to purchase more than one pretzel per delivery.
- You only need to register/join once to have your child included for each month.
- Pretzels are Kosher & free from Dairy, Soy, Egg, Tree Nuts & Peanuts. Unfortunately we do not have a gluten free option.
- The Pretzel Club Store will reopen prior to each month's delivery for those who haven't already joined the Pretzel Club.
- Pretzels will be delivered to classrooms and distributed by your child's homeroom teacher on October 2nd, November 6th, December 4th, January 8th, February 5th, March 5th, April 2nd, May 7th, and June 4th.
