Lower Merion Nutrition Services | Tasty Tuesday | Feb. 24
😋The tasting will feature Watermelon Radishes!
There will be free tastings for all students during lunch on Feb. 24
➡️Tasty Tuesday events seek to expose children to nutritious, and possibly even new, fruits and vegetables in an effort to encourage healthy dietary choices. Radishes will be served with an optional Balsamic Glaze
(Ingredients: BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA "ACETO BALSAMICO DI MODENA IGP" 70% (WINE VINEGAR, CONCENTRATED GRAPE MUST), GLUCOSE SYRUP, SUGAR, MODIFIED CORN STARCH, XANTHAN GUM. CONTAINS SULFITES).
✋We need volunteers to help slice and distribute the watermelon radishes to students in the cafeteria during lunch. Please click here to sign up.

🙌 Freedom Tournament Volunteers Needed! 🙌The Annual Freedom Tournament is almost here and our 4th Graders need your help to make it a success!
This year, the 4th grade class proudly chose to support Families Behind the Badge Children’s Foundation, an organization that supports the loved ones of fallen first responders. 💙
If you’re planning to join us for a fun-filled night of Freedom, community, and good cause on Mar. 5 (5:30–8:00 pm at the BCMS Gym), please consider signing up for a volunteer shift. Even a short time makes a big difference!

The PBIS and Student Council will be hosting a Food Drive to benefit the Ardmore Food Pantry and Narberth Community Food Bank!
📅WHEN: Items will be collected Feb. 9th - 27th
🛄 HOW: Students will bring their items directly to their classroom for collection
Most needed items include:
🥫FOOD: Small bags of flour, pasta sauce, cereal, condiments, salad dressing, canned foods
🪥PERSONAL CARE ITEMS: Bar Soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toothpaste, toothbrushes, dental floss

This year, the 4th grade class proudly chose to support Families Behind the Badge Children’s Foundation an organization that supports the loved ones of fallen first responders. 💙
The suggested minimum donation is $5 per person.
We graciously accept larger donations for this wonderful cause. Donations may be made at the door or using our online store below.
