🚨PLEASE COMPLETE OUR VENDOR APPLICATION FORM
Deadline November 30th @ Midnight

Vendor Space Details:

• Date & Time: Saturday, December 5, 2026 | 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Location: Cynwyd Elementary School Gym, 101 W Levering Mill Rd, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004
• Table Fee: Free ($0)
• Space Provided: One 6-foot or 8-foot table space. (Please let us know if you require a specific setup).
• Equipment: Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and display setups. 1 hour set up time provided.
• Payment Methods: Please be prepared to accept Cash and/or Tap to Pay. These work best for our gym location, which has limited cellular service (Unfortunately Venmo can be unreliable).
• Fundraising Partnership: In lieu of a vendor fee, we ask that our vendors consider a donation back to the Cynwyd HSA (either a percentage of the day’s gross sales or a flat amount). Typical donations range from 10% to 20%. While this is not a mandatory requirement for participation, it directly supports our students and is a key factor in our final vendor selection.
