Silent Auction Organization & Data Entry: 

• Arrange select Silent Auction donations in a presentable way for display
• Enter Silent Auction donations into the online bidding platform
• Enter details for each item on Canva template for printing

DAY OF VOLUNTEERS: 

• Transporting and setting up silent auction items
• Assist with Check-In Table during the entirety of the event
• Check-out table to help distribute winning items from the Silent Auction.
• Clean-up and pack-up any remaining items at the conclusion of the evening

*Those who volunteer for a slot during the event are eligible for a 20% Discount on their ticket. A small gesture of Thanks! for giving up some of your social time to help. Once you sign-up you will be emailed a discount code. Thank you!
