🎪Cynwyd Carnival

It's our final community event of 2026 and we need your help to make it a success!
You will find volunteer windows to sign-up for - we only ask 30-minutes, but certainly won't turn down any offers of more.

Tasks include the following;

  • Set-Up 4pm-5pm
  • General Event Support
    • Check-in (starting at 5:15pm)
    • Raffle Ticket Sales (starting at 5:15pm) 
    • Tote Bag & Marker Pre-order pick-up & Sales + Coloring Table
    • HSA Concessions (Popcorn, Pretzels & Drinks)
    • 3rd Grade Lemon Sticks (a kick-off to 4th grade fundraising)
    • Crowd control at;
      • Carnival games
      • Face-painting
      • Dunk-tank
      • Trackless train
      • Petting zoo
  • Clean-up (mostly picking up trash and shutting down the HSA Concession table)

If you are flexible, we would love to put you where we need you, however, if you have a strong preference, please make a note in your sign-up.

Assist with getting vendors directed to their designated locations. Help set-up the HSA Concession tables. Arrange Raffle Baskets. Set-Up any decor, etc. Set-up sign-in tables and related decor
