🍏 Daily Lunch Helpers [2025-26]

🍏Lunchroom Helper Responsibilities:
Assist the children in opening containers, answering questions, and being another adult presence in the room.
The role is not designed for discipline but rather to help the students.
Please do your best to circulate around all tables to make sure that any student requiring help is better able to access it.

LUNCH TIMES by Grade:

⏰Kindergarten Lunch: 11:30AM - 11:55AM
⏰1st Grade Lunch: 12:00PM - 12:25PM
⏰2nd Grade Lunch: 1:00 PM to 1:25 PM
⏰3rd Grade Lunch: 12:30 PM to 12:55 PM
⏰4th Grade Lunch: 1:30 PM to 1:55 PM

✅You can volunteer for as little as one shift or as many shifts as you would like each month.

🚩The school asks that you return to the office promptly after the completion of the lunch period to sign out.

📵Cynwyd encourages volunteers to abstain from taking photos and videos during their time in the lunchroom as some parents/guardians would prefer not to have their child photographed or have images of their child shared. If you choose to take pictures of your child during your time on campus, please be mindful of the above and use discretion if you share these images.

🛑ALL Clearances must be completed AND submitted to the district in order to volunteer.
