BEST PRACTICES: 

Feel free to emphasize…

• Titles with Larger Fonts…EVEN ALL CAPS IF APPROPRIATE 
• Key information with BOLD or Italicized text 
• 😎Emojis are also welcome to help add graphic interest to your submission
• Be brief for the WHOOO’S TALKING Newsletter - think of it as the “highlights” 
• Website Content can be more comprehensive and detailed - we can link to this more detailed information within the WHOOO’S TALKING. 
• Flyers are for printed materials and should ALWAYS include a QR Code to direct your audience to digital content…registration, sign-up, webpage, etc. 
• Anything digital should include a supporting image/graphic/header with descriptive text that can be read by a computer for users who require assistance. 

Image Sizing Recommendations:

Membership Toolkit doesn't specify exact image size requirements, however, it does offer the following guidelines;

• Aim for images around 500 kilobytes to 2 megabytes in file size (144dpi)
• Full-width Images: ~ 1,200 pixels wide (144ppi)
• Images Side-by-Side: ~ 600 pixels wide 
• Side Images:  between 300px and 1000 px wide (at 144ppi)
• Images should be sent as an attachment (JPG or PNG)
