HOMEROOM PARENTS NEEDED!!
Interested in getting more involved? Seeking opportunities to volunteer in your child’s classroom? BECOME A HOMEROOM PARENT!
The HSA is looking for two parent/guardian volunteers per class for Homeroom Parents for the 2023/2024 school year. Please fill out the Google form, located here (https://forms.gle/WJ4NcYLL2P2PuRFR9), by Friday, September 22, 2023 to be considered for Homeroom Parent for your child’s classroom.
HOMEROOM PARENT RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Planning Fall Outdoor Get Together
- Participating in Halloween and Valentine’s Day Events
- Organizing End of Year Class Party
- Attending HSA General Meetings and Encouraging Participation in HSA Events
All Homeroom Parents must have successfully completed the background clearance process, and those clearances must be on file with Lower Merion School District. More information on Background Clearances can be found here (https://www.lmsd.org/community/volunteer-clearance).
